Product development and design engineering of pneumatic tube conveying systems for the healthcare industry. Designed and developed a new easy to close sealing carrier.

Design, evaluate, and troubleshoot mobile hydraulics systems for customers. Select components and provide system quotations. Provide engineering support and system documentation to inside and outside sales groups.

Design and implement manufacturing processes and equipment for rubber hose.Apply principles of lean manufacturing and six-sigma to process design. - Manage capital engineering projects, develop specifications, prepare cost estimates, budget and schedule responsibility, prepare capital project proposals, justify projects, and analyze bids. - Support shop fabrication, on-site field installation and start-up, troubleshooting, and commissioning of equipment in manufacturing plant. - Design equipment, CAD modeling.

Design and development of manufacturing process equipment used in rubber manufacturing. Disciplines include: - Mechanical machine design engineering. - CAD modeling and documentation. - Familiarity with PLC and industrial machine controls. - Mechanical power transmission, mechanisms, automation, ergonomics, research and selection of industrial components and equipment. - Structural design. - Hydraulics and pneumatics - Industrial piping including P&ID, pipe sizing, layout and documentation. - Experience with pressure vessels and related piping, and familiarity with ASME sec.
