Primary responsibilities is to provide the consultancy on implementing Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, TDD, BDD, Kanban, XP..etc.,) by transition from traditional to full-fledged and hybrid Agile implementation across the ASPAC countries (Singapore, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia) . Secondary responsibilities is to engage with vendors, third parties and outsourced partners on implementing the state-of-the-art process of Agile and Lean practices across the globe

Responsible for providing the consultancy on implementing Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP..etc.,) across the Schneider Electric India and Europe divisions.

Responsible for providing the consultancy on implementing Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, XP..etc.,) across the ITC onsite client locations in Denmark.

Primary responsible for Agile Implementation:> Responsible for implementing Agile Enablement activities at all projects in the organization> Ensure the process compliance and defined the light weight processes for applicable projects and implement Agile across the organization> Mentoring and Coach Team For distributed Agile teams across geographic locations>Conduct trainings at all levels on Agile methodologies, processes and concepts>Configuring projects in Rational Team Concert across the organization>Responsible for enacting Scrum values and practices in the organization>Facilitates and support the SME’s on the Sprint ceremonies (planning, daily scrum meetings and Demo & Retrospective)>Facilitate and supporting SME’s to establish the relationship between IT and Business and >Facilitate and support SME’s on any escalated impediments (barriers/blockers) in the teams>Enable close collaboration across all levels, roles and functions towards Agile culture>Conduct readiness interviews and asses the project or Agile transition>Provide as a consultant on Agile to top management like CEO, CIOs’, Development Directors and identify the Agile methods and sell them to the business across the organization>Participates on Agile related industry forums, boot camps and capture the best practices >Provide consultation on the engineering practices and do the research on the Agile methods>Provide consultation to all verticals and horizontal across the organization on agile methods>Handling client visits, workshops and provide consultancy on leadership skills on agile adoptions to the clients>Provide consultancy on tooling analysis and suggest the recommendations

Responsible for providing consultation in Process definition and Implementation areas for ABB GISL R&D Unit, Quality and Process Department as a Senior QA/QC EngineerAdditionally setup the organizational process infrastructure by Mentoring, Coaching and Managing the team for configuring third party tools or developing in-house tools to automate the process activities
