* Responsibilities: Leads a team of software engineers and data scientists developing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) applications within the Chief Technology Office (CTO). Responsible for the project and resource management, budget planning and economic studies of all new applications and platforms. Develops business, user, system, functional and software requirements for Chief Information Office (CIO) and CTO partners to ensure AI-ready data and infrastructure. Implements enterprise change management and software development standards and controls. Designs and documents business AI/ML use cases in the domains of event, incident, problem, capacity and performance management. Conducts AI/ML vendor evaluations, managing and documenting proof of concepts; identifies industry best practices for applications within the bank. Leads AI/ML solution execution, including analyzing data and models, product selection, implementation, validation, integration, and production.* Analytics: Invented method for automated mapping of relations between systems, processes, data, and people using natural language processing and information retrieval theory. Used kernel density estimation and frequency distributions of confidential data to generate synthetic data suitable for crowdsourcing projects; setting the standard for future crowdsourcing efforts at the bank. Designed process control automation using the dynamic application of univariate time-series models based on data categorization. * Innovation. Managed the launch of a new production application to automate routing process projected to save $275,000 in operating expenses annually. Designed and lead the development of dynamic thresholds trigger process automation for privileged access monitoring. This application enables teams to predict the impact of kernel patching jobs on the operational stability of over 5000 controlled systems.
