Provided data on diversity, turnover, process improvements, training, career development/succession planning etcResolve ER issues according to employment law and risk impact to the business. Manage change process from M&A. Worked with outside attorneys to help win a recent discrimination complaint that went to trial.Train managers on “Managing Lawfully” quarterly. Track accurate data for reporting, decisions, employee surveys and recommend new approaches and policies to improve efficiencies. Coach Managers and employees through these efficiency efforts.
