At the age of 22, I scraped my savings, took out a hefty mortgage, and after seeing almost 100 properties, I bought my first apartment. I renovated it, I rented it out and a few months later, sold it to an investor. This humble start was the first step on a new career path. Together with Ran Harel, my business partner from the outset, I founded the RM Group. Ten years later our company operates offices in Israel and New York and manages ~$500M in worldwide properties for over 1600 investors. We acquire, manage and improve properties in demand zones in the U.S., Greece and Zanzibar. I consider investors as our most precious asset. As such, I make it a priority to establish long-lasting personal relationships with each one of them and to manage their investment with respect, transparency, and professionalism. I still remember having “butterflies” in my stomach when making my first real estate investment and I always go the extra mile to provide our investors with a high yield and peace of mind.
