At 22 I took a hefty mortgage and bought my first real estate property. My college mate and I rolled up our sleeves, renovated it over three months, and then sold it to an investor at a small profit margin. This humble start marked the beginning of a new career path. Together with Matan Pertman, my business partner ever since, I opened RM Group, a global real estate development and investment company.Ten years later our company operates offices in Israel and New York and manages ~$700M in worldwide properties for over 1600 investors. We acquire, manage and improve properties in in-demand zones in the U.S., Greece and Zanzibar.I am based in our NY office from which I am sourcing and seeking new attractive projects for RM group. Over the years Matan and I developed a proven methodology for analyzing and maximizing investment opportunities. We have a highly experienced research and analysis team and an advisory committee that evaluates and approves every investment. As co-developers, we invest in each project, we consider entrepreneurs and developers as strategic partners and strive to create successful and long-term relationships.
