I am an ambitious and eager member of the world of voice over work and am always looking for new opportunities wherever possible. My ultimate goal is to make a career out of voice over/acting to entertain and inspire others and to reach new heights as a performer.In late-2018, I was brought on as a full-time Customer Experience representative at KeyMe, assisting customers when they have problems or questions about our services. I also handled internal functions of the CX team such as service area maps, as well as co-manage KeyMe's Twitter and Google Play accounts to handle customer comments and inquiries.As of November 2019, I have since transitioned over to KeyMe's Field Operations dept. as an Operations Coordinator, overseeing and performing remote (and occasionally in-person) maintenance on our entire kiosk fleet with a heavy emphasis on new kiosk installations through KeyMe's growing list of trusted retail partners throughout the United States.From 2014 to 2019, I also obtained event planning experience through volunteer work at a local special needs school, handling their yearly graduation ceremony in both preparation and execution.
