My primary focus areas include:Pre and Post-Sales Support: Providing technical support throughout the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.Customer Consultation: Collaborating with clients to understand their needs, enabling the sales team to deliver customized, efficient, future-proof, and user-friendly systems.System Design: Developing comprehensive system designs during both the sales and installation phases.Project and Installation Management: Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial design through to installation.System Setup and Commissioning: Configuring and commissioning installed systems to ensure optimal performance.Service and Support: Delivering ongoing support and maintenance for installed systems.In my role, I also supervise our designed systems and installations to ensure they meet the highest standards.
