Managing various, complex design projects and end-to-end service development processes
- Running qualitative and quantitative user researches - Creating persona profiles, leading prototyping and usability testing processes, - Facilitating brainstorming and clustering sessions, creating stakeholder and system maps, 
service blueprints, user journeys and visualizing workshop outcomes. - Planning and running workshops and trainings (design thinking methods and tools, design research, service design, human-centered design, holistic design) for the private and public sector and education sessions for students and kids.

Design Thinking Trainer for the New Generation of Founders program in Hungary

With a team of four Communication Specialists, we were working on the new website concept, communication strategy and brand book of the university moving to a new campus recently. My responsibility was managing the research phases, mediating between designers, decision-makers, managers and the development team of the website and helping the redesign process of the internal communication system. The key part of my role was to apply design thinking methods and tools, to facilitate co-creation workshops in order to make the new communication strategy, internal communication system and website of the university best suitable for all the different stakeholder groups.

Planning co-operation projects, offline and online communication, social media campaigns, exhibitions and publications. Working on the local and international PR exposure of the professors and students of the Design Institute of the university.

Co-managing self developed cultural and design-oriented projects and events of Super Channel. Taking part in business strategic planning, developing communication and project plans and sponsorship strategies with basic design thinking methods. Managing social media platforms.
