Ever since I was a young boy I kept on wondering and asking how things that surround me work. I always had a ton of why, how, or what-if questions which I would pose to myself and the people around me. Seeing the way something is done was never enough for me, I needed to deeply understand what's behind the process. Very quickly I realized that math, logic, and rational thinking are tremendously helpful in solving a lot of mysteries but at the same time, I noticed that some of the problems are simply too difficult to be solved using pen and paper. That's when life introduced me to data science. It brought my curious nature to the next level. How brilliant of an idea is using mathematics and programming together to solve complex issues, right? It certainly appealed to me very much.So yeah, curiosity is the reason why I love working with data so much and it has always been the driving force for broadening my knowledge and learning new skills. It led me to finish my Bachelor's Degree in Quantitative Methods, do various programming courses, gain my first experience as a Data Scientist, and start my Master's Degree in Business Analytics. All this gave me a chance to learn how to apply various concepts from the realms of statistics, probability theory, data processing, data analysis, data visualization, and modeling to solve real-life problems. It also allowed me to develop good coding skills and practices in Python, PySpark, SQL, and R. I may be slightly older now but this inquisitive young boy is still inside me. Although the things I am working on and the tools I use to solve them have changed, the principle stayed the same. I just want to understand the world around me as much as I can and I am never going to stop.
