For daily planning we use E-permit system, in which I also create permits for tasks with high priority, and those with lower priority I check and enter into the system. As a project engineer, I was responsible for scheduling maintenance work. This involved creating the scope of work to be performed on the platform during the repair campaign. After checking with the documentation what repairs were to be done during a given campaign, I was responsible for scheduling this work for my systems. (Auxiliary engines, seawater and fresh water systems, fuel and lubricating oil systems, compressed air systems). I continued to create maintenance cards, but in addition to the systems I was responsible as a maintenance engineer, I also began to work with the compressed air system, the entire cooling system, and the cranes. I also was responsible for introducing new employees to the system for creating maintenance cards. One of my tasks as a project engineer was to create technical documentation for the tender. My main task was to plan the overhaul for the auxiliary engine over 16 years. Make a list of necessary parts, create a risk matrix during these maintenance overhauls and describe how we will try to prevent them. Show less
