Contract Administration:- Intra Group Agreement handling: First point of contact in case of question, updating procedure, establishing ownership, Contact with Business Areas in terms of agreement creation/update.- Keeping custody on gathered agreements, gathering of new created agreements, storing and archiving.Library of Processes:- Gathering and updating data about processes, invoicing data. Implementing similar database in Estonia.- First point of contact for Business Areas and Nordic/Estonian stakeholders- Administrator for big database created in MS Access, maintaining quality of data, expanding database in new business need functionalities. - Sourcing data from Library tool to simplify creation/updating Intra Group AgreementProject Manager for:- Running project related to creation of yearly Summer/Winter Parties for all employees and consultants in Nordea Poland- Implementation of Process Library in Estonia- Running project group, maintaining quality of entrusted duties for project members, creation of tools in terms of project (Project charter, phase model, CPM). Handling legal, Finance and Accounting issues related to project e.g Creation of Mass Event, budgeting.- Contribution in various projects around Nordea in Poland and Estonia e.g. Processes transitionsMigration/Transition manager trainee:- Ensure the availability of migrated resources- Secure proper infrastructure of migrated processes- Gahtering of input to create Nordea Service Agreement - Contract made of business areas Serivce description, Invoicing, Risk, SLA/KPI.

Responsible for executing of daily processes in accordance with Nordea values and strategy. Ensure sustainability of the processes and deliver in respect of agreed service level.
