- Broadcast & personalised promotional campaign creation, management and improvement globally- Continuous process & customer experience improvement- Promotional asset management with back-end tools on site, mobile, and email- Creation & maintenance of cross-functional logs, trackers, sheets, and documents for teams and leadership- Automation & streamlining of internal processes and marketing assets- Performance analysis for personalised promotions internationally & presentation of actionable insights- Troubleshooting of operational tools- Consulting on strategies and plans from operational standpoint
