End-to-end order management for assigned markets in Asia, Europe and Middle East, which includes such tasks as:- direct and indirect, multimodality order booking and rebooking in SAP,- product order, delivery and invoice creation in SAP,- continuous contact with a customer facilitating coordination of processes,- problem solving related to and reaction to market disruptions,- working under time pressure.Additionally, preparation, control and appropriate (re)action on various KPIs.

As a Head of Incomings, I have been responsible for helping and organising help to all new and currentincoming students at European University Viadrina arriving and living in Frankfurt (Oder). This meant recruitment of new tutors serving help to arriving students and coordination of work. One of my achievements was an acceleration and a simplification of the system of assignment of tutors, and recreation of the data base to protect against a possible data destruction. Additionally, my own initiative resulted in a creation of a four-day event "Dining with the Board", allowing new students to get to know people working at the board and meet new friends.
