- zgłaszanie zaistniałych niezgodności dostawcom, w tym raport 8D, Quality Alert, raport 5C oraz podejmowanie działań korygujących;- tworzenie raportów oraz analiz w celu monitorowania procesów;- przeprowadzenie kontroli produktów wg określonych standardów (kontrola wejściowa w trakcie procesu, kontrola wyjściowa);- nadzór nad poprawnością inspekcji, tworzenie instrukcji stanowiskowych oraz instrukcji montażu;- kontrola procesu produkcji;- przeprowadzanie szkoleń pracowników produkcyjnych z zakresu kryteriów przyjęcia lub odrzucenia materiałów;- nadzór nad wzorcami produktów;- nadzór nad materiałem niezgodnym;- nadzór nad ruchem produktów w systemie SAP;- kontrola jakości wyrobów na wejściu;- wdrażanie działań zapobiegawczych i korygujących;- analiza wadliwego produktu zgłoszonych przez dostawców;- zgłaszanie do dostawców wadliwego materiału, w celu odzyskania kosztów, lub wymiany;

- planowanie produkcji na określone standardy;- szkolenie nowych pracowników na wyznaczonym wcześniej stanowisku pracy; - nadzorowanie jakości produktu finalnego, o wyznaczone standardy Firmy;- nadzór nad 6-7 osobami na linii produkcyjnej;- przerabianie materiału według wyznaczonej instrukcji stanowiskowej ;

- przygotowanie zamówię dla Klienta w wyznaczonym czasie(kolof co dwie godziny) ;- utrzymywanie czystości produktów znajdujących się na magazynie - komunikacja i wspólpraca z innymi działami drogą mejlową i telefoniczną

- nadzór nad trzema maszynami (laminarka okładek do czasopism/ sztancownica/ Maszyna zgrzewając);- przygotowanie materiału do obróbki na poszczególne maszyn- utrzymywanie wymaganych norma jakościowych oraz ilościowych;- wypełnianie raportów dziennych, wykonanej pracy;
