Focusing back my efforts on infrastructure, security and development of our platform. Taking on operational challenges to keep Oodit platform up to date, with great performance and relevant in ever changing technology landscape.

Started up remote team by hiring new colleagues. Set up fully remote working conditions for new hires in new reality and helped already working colleagues to transition to remote work. Currently working mostly on coordination of efforts and helping team to deliver features while working remotely and keeping quality in check by test automation.

Introduced company security solutions based on work with contracted pentesters. Created company awareness training program based on Oodit system and own research in area of security. Security solutions were well received by our customers, where it turned out security approach introduced by me was key differentiator in our offer. Currently working on improving my security experience and improving security posture of Oodit. Working on actual software implementations as part of the team and solving important issues with code, configuration, operations of infrastructure.Worked on implementing new features for existing mobile application that used WPF with Xamarin.

Developing and debugging C# software.Took responsibility for delivering project for managing PDF content with set of unit tests and dependency injection which was finished in two weeks and had no issues in production.Introduced dependency injection in legacy ASP.NET MVC code base without negatively affecting existing features.Took responsibility for long term plan of removing technical debt and cleaning up codebase in main product.Took responsibility for GIT repository of company main product and introduced "git succesful branching model".Took responsibility for deployment process and synchronizing information about state of servers with GIT repository.Involved in junior developer training project by reviewing code and setting direction for code base so it would be testable.

Leading development of risk management platform Rabo RisiGo. In first part of year implemented refreshsed way of working with system for end users. In second part of year features consisted of integrating multiple internal services communicating through SOAP. Features were depending on multi team communication and were considered high risk and high impact on the system. Implemented silent releases with dependency injection and feature switches, which resulted in a successful pilot program for selected users where general population of users was able to work as usual without noticing new parts. Pilot program lowered overall impact and helped refine solution for bigger user base.

Developing and debugging C# software. Applications in WPF and WinForms.Created stored procedures with unit tests for database based communication with third party for MSSQL.Created several libraries for communication with third party services in WCF.Creating documentation, 24 hour support for client, installing and supporting software at customer locations.Debugged issues remotely and at client site under time constraints.Developed warehouse test and recovery solution for outfeed of product with user manual and documentation.Developed set of scripts to automate backup and deployment of software and database at customer server.Installed and tested custom made warehouse control tool “Viscon Logistics Control” at several customer sites. The tool was written with WPF as a new version and previous version was implemented in WinForms.

Developed and debugged C# software.Finished company courses in topics of C# programming and testing with iBatis, nUnit.Communicated and resolved issues with help of US developers. Finished new internal project using ASP.NET, MVC 3.0, iBatis, custom framework of Quad.

Automated and conducted tests of embedded software according to test specification.Reported test outcomes to customer, resolved issues regarding specification accuracy.Finished training at customer site in Romania on software testing and custom client tool set.

Developed code in Java2ME for “M2MPlatform” internal embedded project.Prototyped small apps in Java for GSM wireless modules.
