CurrentI may be responsible for all external communication/ customer service. Daily and monthly reconciliation of internal to external stats and troubleshoot any issues that may become apparent after reconciliation. Responsible for reporting any technical issues on the public sites as well as any internal tools. Work with tech team in the development and implementation of internal reporting and tracking tools. Review and analyze traffic data for optimization and forecasting trends. Work directly with clients to troubleshoot any issues and to drive new business. Coordinate implementation projects for both internal and external clients.
