Responsible for sourcing through job portals, internal database, and references. Responsible for screening resumes and technically evaluating them according to the job description received from clients. Compile and maintain all mandatory detailed information of candidates like years of experience, notice period, technical skills, etc. Performing the initial screening of resumes and sourcing them to the client with appropriate formatting according to the company’s standard format header and also maintain quality resumes. Create bridge between client and the candidates until hiring process in done. Work closely with Team Lead to understand workforce needs. Monitor and create weakly reports of team on the basis of client submission. Strong recruiting experience, focused in UI Front-end and Backend, ERP, Dynamics AX, CRM, Dynamics NAV, JD Edwards, Java, .net, web technologies, networking, SAP FICO WM MM PP SD ABAP, ETL, Data warehouse, Oracle applications, Business Intelligence, OBIEE, etc Involved in Market research and Business development execution. Involved in all phases of market research for creating new client acquisition and client retention. Doing required R&D, Identifying Target markets, Segmentation, Email Marketing.
