I am also one of a very small group of Enterprise (CEC) and Team (CTC) coaches certified worldwide with the Scrum Alliance. This allows me to certify Scrum Masters and Product Owners as part of my coaching. Active in the Agile community I am a well known speaker, coach and mentor.I am a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) registered with the international International Coaching Federation, and also a trained Organisational Systemic Relationship Coach (ORSC) which gives me a wide variety of tools and strategies for working with teams and individuals. I also trained with Nancy Kline as a Time To think coach, which has given me a very unique stance on my coaching style.I have worked with many other agile coaches to bring humility, creativity, and playfulness to the workplace. I have been on a huge learning journey immersing myself in creative facilitation. I joined improvisation groups, became a 'Training from the BACK of the room' trainer, and have plenty of tips and tricks for making workshops and sessions both fun and productive.
