With a broad client base that includes major medical, government and educational institutions Citywide of North Carolina has the expertise to exceeed your needs.Sales Executive Responsibilities:•Develop, propose and direct sales of facility maintenance and supply business plans. •Establishes goals, objectives and strategies that ensure budget attainment of sales goals, margins and direct selling expenses to meet profit goals.•Develops revenue goals for sales team and establishes account representation for sales territories.•Establishes and maintains client relationships. •Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.•Ensures support for sales team via training, team meetings, and on-on-ones. •Assists in preparations of bids and presentations.•Creates an environment of success while building a dynamic and cohesive team.•Monitors facility service managers and inside sales team performance and communicates results to individuals, teams, market, and President.•Manages the selection, termination, development, measurement, motivation, and cooperation of the operations, management and sales team. •Ensures that the market’s policies are communicated and implemented.•Ensures proper use and management of CRM using dashboards, KPIs, and sales performance matrix.
