Managing the Technical Support team of the company and overseeing the operation to address customers' issues and needs, as well as creating practical alternatives and solutions for potential demands. Additionally, assisting with server operation and DevOps resource issues.

I worked as a developer on projects existing in the college lab, responsible for implementing, developing, and designing all functionalities of the games developed on-site. During this time, we worked on a 3D adventure game with platform elements and a racing simulator, with the former being done in Unity 3D and the latter in Unreal Engine.
