She introduced several women who had sewing skills but were unemployed and dependent on their husbands. So, we proposed to reunite them and create a sustainable product brand called Canoa da Vila. I did more than ten actions in several Rio de Janeiro universities for more than 200 people during four months.

Responsible for project planning and execution, including negotiation with customers and team leadership. Project leader at "Pão de Mel da Gema": the client wanted to expand its brand and needed to meet the food standards regulated by National Health Surveillance Agency (ANVISA). I managed the project for 7 months and the result was that the client could sell its product safely for more stakeholders.
