I am a logistics manager with nine years of experience in planning, operations, quality, continuous improvement, projects and innovation, working in large multinational companies in the transportation, e-commerce, retail and intralogistics segments. Currently, I manage First Mile and Linehaul operations at SHEIN, one of the largest global fashion e-commerce platforms, where I define strategies, control costs, lead teams and coordinate third-party logistics services, being the first person on the logistics team in the Brazil. Previously, I worked as a logistics specialist at Riachuelo, where I planned the logistics network for the marketplace operation and implemented innovation and omnichannel projects. Previous experience in other multinationals such as Shopee, DHL Express and DHL Supply Chain. I have a degree in Production Engineering and a Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology from UFABC, I have an MBA in Business Management from USP, with an emphasis on people management and leadership and a specialization in Business Logistics from the USP Polytechnic School. I have an advanced level in English and Spanish and a basic level in German. I master the Office package and have intermediate knowledge in SAP, WMS, TMS, AutoCad, SQL, Java and Power BI.
