I handle monthly financial forecasting for approximately 60 cost centers, providing projected costs, expenses, and internal charging. Additionally, I am responsible for CAPEX mapping, international reporting, financial closing, and rates/standard cost revision maintaining a balance between the interests of the service area and sales teams to ensure competitive values while covering all costs. My role is vital in optimizing financial management and providing insights for informed decision-making within the organization. Responsible to support IT Managers and BU Director on Performance Management.

Baxter's offerings include medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology products, with a strong focus on areas such as renal care, medication delivery, and surgical products.During my time there, I served as an apprentice in the Human Resources department, primarily focusing on HR Operations, particularly financial management. My responsibilities included maintaining contact with our main suppliers, supporting the billing and payment processes for general expenses, as well as managing the payroll for all apprentices, interns, and contingent labor at the Plant and Warehouse. Additionally, I was involved in various tasks, such as handling purchase orders, event organization (Christmas, Easter, and Kids), coordinating corporate and social responsibility activities, and managing documentation. Moreover, I also acted as a Business Partner, collaborating with teams in Quality, Manufacturing, Cost Controlling, and Supply Chain.
