Conducted full body 3D kinematic data analyses using a Qualysis motion capture system to uncover how the human anatomy absorbs and distributes impact forces during locomotion.The impact forces, along with velocity and acceleration profiles, were evaluated along the kinematic chain using MATLAB functions and scripts to demonstrate how joints attenuate internal forces throughout the gait cycle.

Structural integrity of medical devices under product development were evaluated to establish upper and lower tolerance limits for the next generation of the device. Utilized GD&T with SolidWorks drawings to design fixtures for manufacturability and to conduct feasibility testing and engineering studies. Protocols for compression, tension, torsion, deployment, and puncture force testing using an MTS Insight and ADMET mechanical tester were written and executed.2-sample; 1-sample; paired t-tests, tolerance interval tests, and normality tests were performed using Minitab to analyze test results.Data analysis and conclusions were compiled into reports that were published into standard operating procedures for future design verification tests.

Optimized the efficiency and development of mammalian cell culture for single-use and stainless steel bioreactors through experimentation and computational fluid dynamics. Designed and manufactured original 3D printed impeller designs to create ideal conditions for cell fermentation.Developed yeast fermentation Golden Batches that embodied the ideal permutation run. Cultivated yeast through batch processes to maximize ethanol production under near anaerobic conditions.

Utilized SolidWorks and software add-ons to validate computer generated implant assemblies and PDF reports. Executed operations following FDA regulations in a cloud server that records a device’s history records (DHR).Exceeded weekly productivity goals and participated in interview and training process for multiple new hires.
