I have come from a very strong Sales & Customer Service background starting in Door 2 Door Sales and working my way through Call Centre roles.I then went on to be a 2IC of a Tyre Retail outlet, then I took a step into Recruitment.I have worked for BBT Recruitment where I was a Recruitment Consultant servicing the Building & Construction idustry where I recruited for such roles as: Architects, Draftsman, Site Supervisors, Foremans & Estimators.I then went on to working for Reed In Partnership (JSA Provider) where I was a Recruitment Manager. I worked closely with the local community providing goverment services to ensure that our candidates and employers where managing sustainable employment.I then worked for TSA Telco Group as the Victorian Recruitment Consultant for the Strikeforce Division. This was an Internal recruitment position. I recruited all the Sales Contractors for Victoria as well as Trraining the Sales Team and Manage there day to day activities and KPI's etc.I am currently working for BND Recuitment Solutions providing Specialist Recruitment within the Call Centre Industry. This see's me recruiting for roles such as: Inbound/Outbound Sales & Customer Service, Telemarketing, Appointment Setting, Market Research and Surveyors.My goal is to work and perform well with BND Group and become a Brach Manager and help to ensure the company goes in the direction as forecasted.
