• Lead Civic Bridge, a cohort-based, public-private partnership program that pairs City departments with private sector partners to deliver solutions for civic challenges. Past work with 13 private sector companies (including Adobe, Salesforce, Accenture, and Google.org) & 20 City Departments (including SFO, Office of Economic & Workforce Development, SFMTA, and Dept of Tech). Project work focuses on user research & design, strategy & service execution, data synthesis & modeling, communications, and technology prototyping. Civic Bridge projects valued at $2+ million of pro bono hours.• Project management for the Office’s flagship initiative, a first of its kind integrated cross-departmental backend database for the City’s coordinated street response system. Projects require coordination with a cross-disciplinary team featuring a user researcher & service designer, data scientist, and data engineer, as well as cross-departmental collaboration with Dept Public Health, Dept Emergency Management, Homelessness & Supportive Housing, and the SF Fire Dept. Work also includes support for prototyping front-end products built on the dataset.• A member of the City’s AI Working Group, a cross-departmental team of city employees assisting the CIO in drafting and implementing AI Development and Procurement Standards for the City.

Managed the Coro Fellows Program in Public Affairs, a full-time, nine-month, graduate-level civic leadership program. Responsibilities included: participant recruitment, cross-sectoral rotational internship procurement (60+ partnerships across the sectors of labor, business, nonprofit, government, and electoral politics), event management, and program evaluation and reporting to inform iterative development.Managed Leadership Rohnert Park, an eight-month partnership program with the City of Rohnert Park that provides a civic, network-building experience for up to 24 Rohnert Park community members - crossing sectors, backgrounds, and neighborhoods. Responsibilities included: support with program design, recruitment, implementation, and program evaluation and reporting to inform iterative development.Managed the Neighborhood Empowerment Network (NEN) District 11 Leadership Academy, a four-month partnership program with NEN & District 11 Supervisor Safai that develops the skills, knowledge, trust, and networks of emerging District 11 community leaders to lead across sectors, backgrounds, and neighborhoods. Responsibilities included: support with program design, recruitment, implementation, and program evaluation and reporting to inform iterative development.Provided additional programmatic support for four other Coro programs that included developing the leadership of Bay Area high school youth, Bay Area neighborhood leaders, and administrators from across the UC system.
