Junior Warrant Officer Adjutant (HR Manager) at No. 4 Airmen Selection Centre, Air Force.Responsible for testing, interviewing, recruitment and enrolment of Airmen in the Indian Air Force from the states of west Bengal and Sikkim. Also, handled the HR functions, funds management and management of all the activities in the Selection Centre.Coordination and liaison with the District Administration of all the 19 districts of West Bengal and the state of Sikkim for wide publicity in the places under their jurisdiction through erection of publicity hoardings and spreading of awareness to the students through the District Information Officer, District Inspector of Schools, Employment Exchange etc.Regular visits to various districts for delivering motivational presentations/ lectures.Conduct of Recruitment Rallies at the low represented districts and conduct of scheduled tests at the centre for recruitment of Airmen from all the states of India, which is controlled by Central Airmen Selection Board, New Delhi and conducted at a time at the 15 Airmen Selection Centre’s spread all over India.Liaison with the state government for necessary financial backup and coordination with the district administration for necessary administrative support for smooth conduct of recruitment rallies in their districts. Involved in the process of digitalization of enrolment procedure, online registration and testing system.Responsible for regular counseling of employees working in the centre and act as Initiating Officer for their Annual Appraisal Report

Managing the administrative activities of HQ Southern Air Command, Indian Air Force.Having control of Works Services, Land records & accommodation and organizing various functions at HQ Southern Air Command (Facilities Management). Liaison with district authorities for settling of various land disputes.Handling the funds allocated, planning of various projects and monitoring of various ongoing major Works services projects, repair and maintenance of works services assets

Responsible for Works Services at HQ Southern Air Command, Indian Air Force. Also maintained the land records of HQ Southern Air Command and was dealing with allotment of married accommodation to Officers and Airmen at the unit.

Responsible for placement of Airmen at various units of the Indian Air Force.
