- Managed APAC region's payroll operation including ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing, compliance with region-specific securities regulations.- Handled Malaysia Payroll and collaborate with Finance teams to ensure all payroll-related tax filings and reporting requirements are met accurately and on time- Drove project milestone and UAT of SucessFactors to ensure go live in April and ongoing sub-projects ie Opentext, HR tickets etc- Subject matter expert of SuccessFactors and Conduct training sessions to educate users on HRIS functionality, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting to maximize system utilization.-Manage employee data within the HRIS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to data privacy standards. Conduct regular audits to verify data integrity and identify and rectify discrepancies.
