- Independently founded The Softball Lab, a private softball coaching academy in Singapore, aiming to provide 1‐1/Small group lessons to students of any skill level - Formulated a strategy in order to create solutions to the problems that the current market for softball coaching was facing- Researched and asked around to find out what consumers were unhappy about with current market players which were other softball academies- Created multiple unique selling points (USPs) in order to differentiate the academy from the vast majority and attack the weaknesses of other academies in order to cater to the exact needs of clients and potential clients- Continually hiring and mentoring a team of coaches so that i can delegate coaching jobs to them in order to handle the growing demand for my services - Individually handling the marketing and customer service- Created a website to improve outreach to the public and did SEO to improve the websiteʼs ranking on Google Search Engine - currently ranked first in multiple search results- Gross revenue exceeding 6 figures thus far

- Interacted with ~100 startup founders from across the globe to assess investment opportunities, with a key focus fintech B2B as well as Web3- Attended Investor-Startup Conference to connect with founders and acquaint myself with the investment landscape and look for opportunities for investment- Conducted due diligence on pre-seed to seed stage startups across a multitude of verticals that were deemed as potential investments by analysing financials, comparables and subsequently prepared investment memos and decks to be presented to the Investment Committee and Venture team- Helped with website creation and logistics for international events hosted by Saison, along with outreach programmes in preparation for these events🇯🇵 Saison Capital is the venture arm of Credit Saison, one of Japan's largest consumer credit companies. We invest in Seed to Series A companies across South East Asia and India. Although the mandate of the fund is sector agnostic, we like to work with founders that are building platforms or ecosystems that have the potential to distribute financial services to the underbanked.

- Founded TheBikeStop ‐ a drop‐shipping ecommerce store selling bicycles, catering mainly to entry‐level cyclists- This venture was conceived when I was a JC1 student upon the dawn of the pandemic.Noticed the apparent increase in demand for bicycles ‐ many people had begun cycling on roads- Cycling began to be the best outlet for people to escape the confinement of their homes and stay active due to the covid lockdown measures- Created a minimal viable product (MVP) to test the waters on Carousell and learnt of the huge demand for bicycles- Researched on the local market for bicycles to understand and identify loopholes in the market that i could exploit in order to create a USP for my business- Continually kept track of other market players to engage in price‐competition as I understood that being a budget bicycle store, price would be the main deciding factor for potential clients- Sourced for suppliers in China and negotiated an agreement to import bicycles in bulk- Outsourced courier services to an international third party shipping company Hired a bicycle expert to assemble and tune bicycles- Solely handled the marketing, accounting and customer servicer all whilst juggling academics and training for the Singapore U23 & Menʼs Softball Team- Grossed 5 figures within the first year of operating
