Team Lead || SharePoint Enterprise Operations Team within U.S. DoD AgencyCommand Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI) - • Evaluated Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) for SharePoint Server & IIS from the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).• Implemented SharePoint Server CAT-I, CAT-II, & CAT-III STIGs within DoD SharePoint environments.• Created SharePoint System Security Plans (SSP) to support Technology Area Inspections.• Acted as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SharePoint technology area during Site Assistance Visits (SAV) and Readiness Inspections. Office 365 - Government Community Cloud (DoD) - • Performed role of SharePoint Online Service Administrator & supported DoD Agency with roll-out of Microsoft Office 365 within the Government Community Cloud (DoD).• Participated on migration project team to migrate SharePoint Server web applications to SharePoint Online.• Converted SharePoint Classic Sites to SharePoint Online Modern Sites. • Utilized SharePoint Online PnP PowerShell to manage O&M tasks such as PnP Site Template deployments, Modern Site Provisioning & custom SharePoint Permission Group configuration. SharePoint Server 2016 Upgrade - • Coordinated with Enterprise Operation teams to successfully upgrade multiple SharePoint Server 2013 systems to SharePoint Server 2016. Project highlights include:• Establishing over 40 new Active Directory service accounts to achieve a “least-privileged” security configuration. • Provisioning over 30 new VM’s to support the Enterprise SharePoint 2016 DMZ & Internal environments.• The allocation of over 8 TB of storage across multiple systems to support Enterprise SharePoint deployments.

Community Lead || Enterprise Collaboration TeamOur team is responsible for managing multiple SharePoint 2010 Enterprise farms that accommodate a distributed community of 40,000 users and several terabytes of data. Current focus is on creating the SharePoint Server 2013 upgrade roadmap, which will include deliverables for communication, governance & training.Consultant is responsible for:• Providing SME & top-tier support for all SharePoint versions.• Managing system lifecycle events across Test & Production environments, which include applying SharePoint related updates, promoting custom solution packages and implementing 3rd party add-ons. • Working closely with storage, database, networking, & email/AD teams to coordinate network maintenance and upgrades.• Implementing additional support technologies to streamline the operations and maintenance of SharePoint environments. • Maintaining detailed environment documentation.SharePoint Server 2013 Business Intelligence Farm - • Designed & implemented SharePoint Server 2013 BI environment, including PerformancePoint, PowerPivot, Power View, SSRS & SSAS integration.SharePoint Server 2010 Extranet -• Designed & implemented SharePoint Server 2010 Extranet (medium farm topology) on secure DMZ network segment.Microsoft Office SharePoint Server (MOSS) Environment Consolidation -• Worked with large team to consolidate 20+ remote Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 systems on to the SharePoint Server 2010 Enterprise farm.

Consumer Products Manufacturer - • Client was utilizing an existing internal SharePoint site to manage the ordering process. The web app was configured to use Windows authentication and provided a seamless experience for internal users via AD integration. In order to expand the use of the site to include external partners, the client needed a secure extranet solution. • Because SharePoint Products and Technologies are built upon the ASP.NET 2.0 pluggable authentication provider model, they can now support authentication for users stored in Active Directory, a Microsoft SQL Server database, in an LDAP directory, or in any other directory that has an ASP.NET 2.0 membership provider. • In order to provide a cost effective solution, consultant suggested the use of Forms Based Authentication via a Microsoft SQL Server database. Consultant implemented additional zone and alternate access mappings for web application and configured the SQL membership and role providers that are included with ASP.NET 2.0.Consumer Products Manufacturer - • Client was utilizing an outdated method of document storage that provided limited security and virtually no user access restrictions. Consultant was bought in to review current business processes and analyzed needs for a replacement solution. • Microsoft Office SharePoint Server was selected as product of choice after performing due diligence for this midsize consumer products manufacturer. After documenting business processes and performing requirements gathering with senior level management, consultant successfully designed/implemented a MOSS document management system that met the client’s security requirements while making the content accessible over the web, allowing outside resources to access materials on an “on-demand” basis. Also developed extensive documentation for end-user training and business process change management to ensure acceptance throughout the enterprise.
