I have worked at Manpower for over 4 years, during which time I have progressed from a temporary role as a pre screen consultant in to a permanent role. In my time with Manpower UK I have worked on several accounts across the business, where I have undertaken a variety of tasks. This includes interviewing candidates, out of hours client support - absence reporting, emergency staff resourcing - and back end tasks, such as document checking and contract creation. I am confident in talking to both colleagues and clients, and am able to quickly build rapport to develop strong business relationships.
