Develop new and support existing ad hoc and recurring reporting for the VZB FP&A CFO organization

- Utilize a variety of SQL-based tools to accurately create, manage, and maintain a suite of reporting for the entire Verizon Wireless Compliance organization for the purposes of fraud prevention.

- Foster information security awareness across multiple stakeholders- Lead Risk Assessments into Data Handling- Manage Analytics for Incident Response- Represent and understand global data protection policy- Help coordinate migration of software application ownership- Drive remediation of software vulnerabilities

- Act as PoC for all new fraud ad hoc and recurring reporting requests. This includes internal and external customers and can cover both operational and strategic teams- Significant understanding and experience in consumer new and existing take rate reporting. Own recurring strategic reporting for certain consumer credit classes- Build out new and existing recurring reports using both SQL Server Integration Services and Cognos Report Studio- Train new reporting analysts in SQL development and report writing. Lead projects within scope of support, providing data advice and SQL troubleshooting- Host regular group and 1:1 meetings with Consultants in Fraud Strategy to establish better networking and colloration between Fraud Strategy and Reporting

- Owner and maintainer of several mission critical reports related to Fraud Operations and Strategy- Liason between Fraud Operations/Strategy and Fraud Reporting, using significant frontline experience to leverage better communication- Significant experience with both report automation (e.g., SSIS) and customer self service (e.g., Cognos Report Studio) based reporting systems- Experience visualizing data across a variety of methodolgies (e.g., R, Cognos Report Studio, Microsoft Excel)- Expert level understanding and competence writing SQL in Teradata, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server databases- Experience with database side User Acceptance Testing

- Excellent skillset in resolution of customer Fraud claims- Exceptional softskills when dealing with both customers and fraudsters- Mastery of multiple interal Fraud detection systems and external Identity Verification systems- High attention to detail in the detection, mitigation and resolution of wireless equipment and network Fraud

- Prevent churn by proactively contacting high risk customers about usage that significantly exceeds their plan allowance- Negotiate plan changes and/or successfully position midcycle payments on high risk usage- More than 1,000 hours of User Acceptance Testing for web based billing system on behalf of three national Customer Financial Services Collections teams

- Prevent customer cancellations by quickly resolving customer issue with best-fit solutions- Provide high quality and accessible solutions to customer questions regarding new and existing service- Effectively sell new lines of service on existing accounts while mainting a sales per call average 204% higher than goal- Exel in basic troubleshooting- Successfully guide customers through upgrade process

- Negotiate upgrades and new contracts to customers who present a high risk of churn- Prevent churn by empathizing with high risk customers and offering best-fit solutions
