Responsible for booking containers for transportation to Nordicon Terminals from the customs. Also responsible for checking documents regarding the goods to communicate and help the warehouse workers on the terminal with any sortings or instructions how the goods should be unloaded.

The objective was to assess the tablet-based system used for container unloading by collecting qualitative data. This involved conducting heuristic evaluations and analyzing how users interacted with the tablet while performing their tasks. The purpose of this research was to enhance the system's usability and effectiveness. A comprehensive compilation of the heuristic evaluation findings was provided to the system developer.

I had the opportunity to serve as an event coordinator for the exhibition named Nylokal during the past three years. This annual exhibition was held in three different cities: Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Malmo, specifically at the Clarion Hotel.
