My job is to define the actuator health management strategy for System-Equipment division.The selected strategy is embodied by 2 questions: -- How to monitore actuator health in lab conditions ? --The goal of this part is to define (all) the ways to evaluate actuator performances and attrition.This allows to characterize actuators for modeling purpose and to have a better overview of monitoring methods (comparision).-- How to meliorate the method to have a viable product --The first step was performed "without constraints". Pricing, flyability and fiability must be considered to obtain a viable product. The goal is know to reduce the performances of selected health monitoring method to obtain a compromise between "getting a good picture of actuator remaining life" and product sellability.Another acitivty performed the first version of SPark algorithm for faisability purpose.

Messier Bugatti Dowty is the world leader in braking for aircrafts.The "Core functions" are the main braking software functions (Pressure Control Loop, Antiskid, Braking Efficiency etc).The mission is the verification of these funtions for certification purpose (DO178, CRI).The particularity of the mission are - the usage of a new tool (ATC/ADEPAUTO - SCTL). - 2 plane programs with specific processes (A350, KC390). - usage of scenario data not generated for test purposeThe mission is divided in 3 parts:Verification from scratch for A350 certification (March2014 - August2014) - creation of test cases and test procedures. - digging the capacities of ATC ADEPAUTO. - creation of the tools to connect input data (Python). - creation of missing sequences and execution.Verification of KC390 and A350 softwares (September2014 - February2015) - 3 softwares to test during this period. - Analysis of design for error root cause determination. * Differences between 2 program designs (SCADE version and design choices). * Differences between 2 program processes.Genericity (March2015- October2015) - creation of a test package able to test every further software standard.(TCML, ATC, ADEPAUTO, SCTL, DO178b, CRIF15, certification process, Python)

The DAS project goal is to provide a state of the art about electro-mechanical system.The designed system is based on a eight EMA architecture for flap actuation purpose.My job was to correct simulink model before test bench implementation, criticize the provided solution and working on the enhancement of the future design.
