In charge of data governance to feed the internal Marketing Mix Modeling at Pernod Ricard headquarters:- Point of contact for a portfolio of 15+ markets to ensure the collection and validation of data feeding the MMM- Internal coordination with teams across functions & geographies: Data analysts, Data scientists, Data engineers, Product, tech, data domain owners...- Definition, maintenance and adoption of processes, best practices and tools (naming builder, dashboards...)- Continuously performing quality checks on data

Supervision/coordination of a team of 12 people in charge of the “business” part of Axa.fr and the digital visibility of AXA branches.My team and I defined the priority evolutions to be brought to Axa.fr (with a business/XP user impact or to comply with legal constraints) and collaborated with the IT team to study their feasibility and deployment.We also defined a 3-year strategy/roadmap to continue to improve the digital transformation of AXA agents, through the deployment of agent sites, the management of their Google My Business' profile, the animation of their social networks...

Traffic management mission with the main objective of maximizing the profitability of Maisons Du Monde:- B2C via affiliation, retargeting and drive-to-store on a dozen markets.- B2B via all traffic acquisition channels (social ads, SEA...) on 5 markets.In addition to these missions, I carried out a benchmark of attribution / MMM toolsand deployed a tool called "Pitchy" to facilitate the creation of videos for social ads.
