Over the last 7+ years, I have worked in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management roles for financial and insurance companies known for being industry leaders in Canada. In these jobs, I’ve successfully managed projects of different complexity, learned facilities management skills and acquired a functional knowledge of building systems. Additionally, I’ve gained general Real Estate contracts and market knowledge, improved negotiation skills and strengthen relations with different vendors. I’ve developed a great sense of teamwork while learning to work under pressure and with minimal supervision. I consider myself an easy learner individual, always looking for ways to improve current processes and conditions. My colleagues recognize me as a natural leader, a team player with a can-do attitude, with excellent communication skills. Furthermore, my ability to communicate in French, English and Spanish allows me to have better interactions with stakeholders, vendors and contractors at different levels, as well as to develop better relationships with colleagues and team members.
