Training Advisor
Current- Collaborate in the analysis of training needs- Ensure the design and update of learning solutions- Carry out the training of trainers when required- Collaborate in project management and coordination with suppliers- Contribute to the assessment of the quality of learning solutions for volunteers and their impact on the operational capacity of the province- Contribute to the evaluation of the quality of learning solutions intended for stakeholders incivil security- Produce reports and statistics required by management- Collaborate in the development and maintenance of relationships with clients- Contribute to the dissemination and promotion of the civil security training curriculum- Maintain relationships with other colleagues from volunteer resources
