Our goal is to provide to our customers innovative solutions which comply with the U.S. regulation, improve safety at sea and enhance operational efficiency.• Lead a team of 10+ developers, PM, CS to develop the next generation of company products.• Identify needs and business opportunities in collaboration with the companies 20+ offices worldwide. • Work closely with the business developers to engineer/design technical solutions from the proposal stage to production (UI mockups with Balsamiq, specifications with Confluence/Jira)• Lead customer support tier 2 investigation and solution implementation (Jira, Salesforce)• Manage the products roadmap and prioritiesOur main mobile application (Thorium) is developed for Android (Java/Kotlin) and used daily by thousands of fishermen around the world to meet regulatory reporting requirements and stay connected at-sea through a satellite communication system. We were innovative with the UI/UX to facilitate the adoption of our products by demanding and not always tech-savvy customers. We implemented CI with Git/Jenkins and added monitoring tools (Crashlytics) to improve the performance of the application and the efficiency of the team.Our most recent mobile application was developed in React Native and is now used by our network of partners to configure the next generation of IoT transmitters.

• Coordinated the development of a connected GPS Speed Camera Warning System with the design team in France and the manufacturing team in China. • Ensured QA/QC and on-time deliveries.
