As a project manager in Cameca, I was in charge of the definition, the design and and the realization (prototyping) of new technical developments on two product lines using electrons as a probe: - EX-300 is a high throughput fab-line tool for composition and thickness measurements of ultra-thin structures (LEXES technique),- SX5 is an electron probe micro analyser (EPMA) performing high accuracy qualitative and quantitative chemical microanalysis in geochemistry, mineralogy, geochronology, physical and nuclear metallurgy, material sciences, biochemistry, microelectronics… .Previously, I did a Ph-D in molecular electronics at the CEA (French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy institute broadening its activity to nanotechnology) during 3 years.I also spend 16 months in Germany (Berlin) in a Max Planck Institute (MPI) lab, working on mesoporous materials, with a grant from Elf Atochem.My initial education consists of a Master's degree in engineering and a Master of Science.Specialties: expertise in ultra-high vacuum (calculations, technical choice), particulate contamination (clean room), electron optics, X-ray diffraction
