The project included a redesign and potential digitization opportunities at each of the major stages of the immigration process. The white paper used human-centred design and systems design as the central methodologies. The ultimate output is increased profits, streamlined processes, and improved customer experience. Worked as part of a consulting team to work with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). The project aimed to improve the experience and the efficiency of financing and governance models between IRCC and its service providers. Assessed the current funding process nationwide. Created a current state system map of the current funding system and drafted recommendations.

Supported Rodd Hotels and Resorts to enhance its competitiveness and profitability by modernizing and streamlining the customer booking journey and experience by auditing, analyzing and upgrading the current technology stack. The primary goal is to transform the customer experience by optimizing the journey from research to booking. Business objectives include increasing direct bookings, shifting guests from OTAs to direct bookings, improving customer satisfaction in booking and loyalty digital experience and upselling opportunities, and adapting to customer expectations for a modern booking/stay experience. Results include a strategic CX, technology and growth plan. And implementation of initial software tools to measure, measure and improve guest journey touchpoints.

CX maturity assessor for Abu Dhabi Program for Effortless Customer Experience. The program is a government initiative to improve the citizen experience for all Abu Dhabi Government programs. The purpose is to position the emirate as a global Citizen Experience (CX) leader. Carried out 12 CX Maturity assessments of government entities over three weeks. Each assessment took a full day and evaluated 22 sub-dimensions across four dimensions of effective governments: governance, design, development and delivery. The project output was a CX maturity assessment report that the entities used to create an action plan to improve their government services' digitization, effectiveness and effortlessness.

Upper Route Planner is Delivery Route Planning and Optimization Software (SaaS) Product.It helps small delivery-based businesses solve the logistics problem of planning deliveries for teams of multiple drivers.• Led end-to-end development, release and post-release iterations of a new B2B delivery route management SaaS product with a focus on achieving user growth. • Oversaw launch and go-to-market strategy for two new products, including initial user research and interviews, product vision, UX mock-ups and wireframes to achieve consistent 20% user growth month over month. • Conducted and designed user research by running experiments, identified pain points and reorganized product roadmaps to develop features that increased user activation by 200%• Demonstrated ability to develop and communicate strategies using funnel reports to communicate issues and solutions to improve product onboarding leading to 13% higher conversion of free trials.• Led ongoing research and customer validation, notably with face-to-face user interviews and analytics data, discovered a breakthrough solution and implemented with engineers, this led to our SaaS product gaining a unique value proposition and differentiator.• Demonstrated leadership, communication and relationship creation, notably with the head of engineering, worked through difficult discussions by aligning user and product goals with listening to technical/architectural requirements, the result was a more effective product development process.
