I coordinate the development and implementation of a new back-end and front-end of the website and other IT-tools for all current and future Buurman establishments. Learning points: stakeholdermanagement & projectmanagement.

In workshops for small groups or as a speaker for hundreds of students, I share my passion and experience in student wellbeing and personal development. Thousands of students are now better in taskmanagement, focusing and finding balance in a busy life. Setting up this business I learned valuable skills in entrepreneurships, client relationships and taking strategic decisions.

I helped rebuild after a destructive fire (June 2023). I did acquisitions, coordinated and innovated the workshopplanning and helped with a personel reorganization.

In this role I helped improve and set-up (semi-)online courses.

I evaluated the curriculum, individual courses and the programme's vision together with teachers and other students. Learning points: Negotiation, stakeholdermanagement and projectmanagement

As coordinating student-assistent I was responsible for organising the open days. I innovated the student-for-a-day thoroughly.

I have worked together with many teachers and staff-members of the Applied Physics program. With my boardmembers I was responsible for running the association and its activities. Learning points: working together in teams, carrying responsibility and time- & taskmanagement

As assistent-teacher I assisted students in preperations for their final exams. I developed my communication and compassion through having responsibility over a few students per cursus.

We have organised the largest event to promote entrepreneurship by students for students in Europe. (850+ participants). I learned what is important when working intensively together with a group.

Responsible for the logistics for several small events. As a chairman responsible for organising a ball for 300+ people.
