At FFRC, I planned and implemented a new communication strategy for the organisation. New strategy was based on a value mapping exercise and a cross-sectional survey about the challenges and goals of FFRC communication and brand strategy.The results of the survey and the value mapping emphasised the need for strengthening the organisation brand and make their core message more effective. The communication plan was followed by a roadmap that clarified the different stages and the follow-ups of the process. As FFRC is a small organisation the communication plan emphasised the role of every employee as a message carrier and a brand ambassador.Better market positioning and visibility were achieved through the reform.

The project was organised by Siemenpuu Foundation and it concentrated on the indigenous rights of Adivasi people in Rajasthan and Gujarat.
