Also attending festivals, weddings, fairs and any occasion.As the Managing and Creative Director and Co-Founder of a thriving cafe and catering business, I wore many hats to shape the brand and operations. I led the creative direction, from conceptualizing and crafting our unique recipes to designing the menu, food presentation, and overall visual aesthetic of our brand. I oversaw our social media strategy and content, crafting a strong online presence that engaged our community and grew our customer base.As Head Chef, I developed and refined our menu, balancing creativity with seasonal ingredients and customer preferences. I also led our kitchen team, overseeing recruitment, training, and daily management, ensuring consistently high-quality food and service. My role extended to managing all visual elements, from branding to in-store displays, setting the tone and ambiance that made our cafe memorable. Additionally, I managed the day-to-day operations of the cafe and catering arm, handling scheduling, team management, and customer satisfaction to foster a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment.In collaboration with my partner, who focused on financials and front-of-house service, I helped build a cohesive, efficient, and customer-centric business that thrived on creativity and hospitality.

We used the finest organic ingredients and the freshest local produce to create our homemade vegan alternatives. Runner up in the Food Glorious Good competition, seeing our ethical and handmade products stocked in Coops county wide, to winning an award for PETA's best vegan chicken.With hundreds of 5* reviews, we would pride ourselves on confident customer service. Whether the event was a private function, music festival or street food market, our team served with friendliness and flair.Additionally, we have consistently supported an animal sanctuary since our inception, championing the cause through every sale and various charity initiatives. Recording from my home studio I am a confident vocalist, drawing strength from a wide dynamic range allowing me to sing and narrate in multiple styles. Managing a team of 20+ customer service advisors, I took responsibility for their training, manager complaint escalations, morale boosting and daily team performance analysis via CRM. In addition to team management I was placed in charge of account management solutions. Dealing with a wide range of issues for customers including: delivery, warehouse management, product quality and fraud.
