The ICRC’s institutional project portfolio consists of over 90 projects and programs in all domains of the organisation’s functioning, from logistics to human resources, finance to operations, to information technology infrastructure. The Project Management Office (PMO) supports the projects ensuring guidance, training and documentation, while monitoring the Tech & Data Portfolio. Main responsabilities: - Contributes to the development and implementation of strategies and actions towards the PMO evolution. - Defines and actively drives the PMO Communication Plan, utilizing a range of formats, in order to create community engagement and ensure change management needed for initiatives from the PMO.- Helps the implementation and promotion of new project methodologies and processes (design thinking, Agile…).- Coordinate the Information Management of the team, and support the development of a Project and Portfolio management online tool producing data analyses and dashboards for monitoring and evaluation. - Support the prioritization process of the Tech & Data Board, with preparation of the sessions, analysis and documentations.

Every year, Codap organize the CFB (Cours de Formation de Base à l'action en faveur des droits fondamentaux), a basic training courson fundamental rights action, which brings 25 human rights defender, from more than 16 countries. This training is aimed to strengthen the capacities of the participants on the fields, and to give them the knowledge and the tools to carry out their projects in the field of human rights. During these two weeks and the preparation, I had the opportunité to prepare and to facilite différents workshops on communication, project management, media, and groupe dynamic. Moreover, I attended other workshops and expert interventions on different human rights related subjects (law, advocacy, fundraising...).
