- Searching for and analysing information on target companies, competitors and industries.- Evaluating investment opportunities: business analysis, financial modelling, company valuation, identification of comparables, interviews with sector players, etc.- Drafting of investment files presented to the Investment Committee: economic, strategic and financial analysis, valuation and structuring.- Monitoring of portfolio companies: reporting and analysis of financial and non-financial performance.

- Taking part in the final phase of audits of statutory, consolidated and reporting accounts under French and IFRS standards in the "Major Accounts" category.- Carrying out tests on different cycles of the PCG according to risk thresholds and interpretation of the results.- Drafting of analytical reviews of various financial statement items.

Association of 41 people with €800k of total annual budget.The Student Council is the leading association of emlyon in terms of the amount of events organized and covered, more than 140 between January and December each year. Our objective is to federate the students present on the Lyon - Écully campus thanks to a rich and dynamic associative life. Our events include the integration seminar, the Elekt'Rhône festival and the annual Gala of the school. Main tasks : • Overseeing events gathering more than 800 people every week. • Managing and training of a team of 40 people during regular and high responsibilities events.• Creating of weekly communication content. • Organizing of all the activities of a 3-day event gathering 1200 people.

Business Development : Generating leads in France and Spain through the following actions:- Participating in the definition of the commercial strategy. - Implementing customer prospecting campaigns via marketing automation. - Contacting prospects in order to organize commercial meetings. - Updating and enriching of the prospecting database. - Updating the CRM tool. - Realizing the weekly reporting of the follow-up of the activity.Talent Acquisition :- Acquiring new talents through a predefined accreditation process: identifications, pre-qualifications, interviews with consultants.- Participating in the identification of the best profiles to respond to calls for tenders. - Updating the CRM tool for monitoring exchanges with the community and new talent being acquired. - Updating profiles and missions on the web platform. - Realizing the weekly reporting of HR activity follow-up. Marketing and communication : - Participation in the definition of the community animation strategy. - Organizing events to unite and bring the community to life. - Content and Newsletter writing : sharing on social networks and monitoring competitive intelligence.
