Also driving strategical initiatives, operations feasibility, brand initiatives, pre-opening Budgets, sales and revenue strategies, manpower recruitment, talent development, ensuring statutory compliances, Observing and ensuring Brand Guidelines being followed with being in touch with Design Team, Fire Life Safety team and MEP team from South Asia. Importantly following critical path to ensure successful opening of the hotel as desired by the brand. Successfully Opened in October 2017. Currently above Budget in Revenues and GOP in first year of opening.

I was deputed at Courtyard by Marriott, Ahmedabad during first 4 months (March 2015 to June2015) as my Induction period to understand Brand Marriott, Operations and Culture.I was transferred as Pre-opening GM for Courtyard by Marriott Raipur. Successfully led the pre-opening team and was Responsible for entire Pre-Opening Process planning and procurement. Most importantly keeping timelines and open Hotel as desired by Management.Launched hotel successfully in February 2016 and at time of my new posting had exceeded GOP and Owners Return above budget, No1 on Trip Advisor in city and No1 in Asia on Guest Satisfaction Index.
