Became part of Synchronoss with Strumsoft acquisition - Lead the NFL Mobile and Verizon Messages projects, with full P&L responsibilities.Lead design and development of NFL Mobile on both Server and Mobile Clients. Worked closely with Product Management on requirements and scoping and architected the solutions.Drove a team of 60+ Engineers onshore and offshore to deliver this complex and highly used application under strict time constraints. Applications had to be ready and in market before the NFL season start. For both the 2013 and 2014 seasons delivered the application, on time and within budget. During the NFL game season also lead the game day support and operations teams - triaging problems, including number of complex multi vendor, multi system issues and implemented processes to deploy fixes in real time. NFL Mobile ran on iOS, Android, Windows Phone and Surface and BB clients.

Acquired by IBM.Responsible for an Architecture review and assessment for TIERS a $300 million J2EE Enterprise application based on Websphere. Provided a detailed report on the changes required to get the application and project on track, and lead a team to implement the changes. Put the next generation architecture in place for the Integrated Eligibility application, using Service Oriented Architecture principles which allowed the state of Texas to leverage the existing software and IT investment while changing the business to a new multi channel model.Gravitant subsequently changed the business model to build a product and was acquired by IBM.
