- Led the successful launch of Beyond-the-device solutions portfolio (e.g. 'Enhanced Recovery After Surgery') for general surgical products at time of Medtronic's Covidien acquisition; - Developed and piloted several new Value- and Outcome-based business models for the new services and solutions- This allowed Medtronic EMEA to start pivoting the Covidien value proposition from transactional into high-value, partnership relationships with our customers and generate additional revenue streams.

- Led the Health care Informatics Centre comprising of Health care Informatics Research Unit and ICT Support Unit. The Centre provided expertise and capacity for national and international health care informatics as well as provide ICT support for the Institute.- Responsibilities: ePublicHealth policy and strategy including national and international Real World Data and registries; financial budgeting and forecasting; progress and team performance monitoring, day-to-day operations management, eHealth legislation.- During my tenure, we grew external revenue streams high-double digit, allowing us to double the team size and develop extensive policy and strategy expertise; resulting in acquisition of complex, multi-million policy projects such as EC funded Patient Registries Initiative to improve Real World Data creation in Europe.

Established the organization's strategy and positioning in the national and EU landscape from the perspective of healthcare informatics, e-public health. Secured additional financial resources via EU funded projects to grow the Healthcare Informatics Centre.
