My work as a freelance graphic designer started soon after I've realized that Photoshop and Illustrator aren't meant to be just a fancy tools sitting on my computer.Since ever I admired everything that looks nice, let it be websites, ads, architecture, fine-art, typography, cars, magazines, book covers, ads or ... Macs. Learning by doing they say. During my academic years I became broadly interested in the fields of marketing (focused on advertising and visual communication), entrepreneurship and knowledge management. I was able to gain a position of a faculty Demonstrator to assist on multiple courses including undergraduate and postgraduate studies as well as taking a leading role in establishing individual tutoring process. I learned a great deal about sharing knowledge, students behavior & motivation and started to deeply understand how to engage team-based creative & critical thinking processes which are crucial to innovation and business success.

As a project manager I was taking care of all the educational & fun based projects. My role included leading small/large groups of people, preparing projects documentation, coordinating communication processes, introducing new organization members to our work as well as being a chief party promotor who was always first on the dance floor. The experience helped me gain on my leadership & organizational skills, marketing knowledge and enabled me to broaden my professional social circles.

As a member of technical team I was working on multiple urban equipment installations provided by wide range of worldwide-known manufacturers including Kompan, Corocord, Rhino, Kraibord, Santa & Cole and others. Our mission was to design and set up attractive, good quality and safe exercise and fun outdoor and indoor areas including children playgrounds, skateboard parks, climbing nets, rubber & safety slabs, benches, fences and other playing and complemental installations. I also covered some other basic warehouse/construction duties. The experience helped me to gain on my eye-hand coordination, sense of balance and perfection as well as skills needed to act as a member of a dynamic team. I also trained myself in welding, scaffold erecting, concrete finishing and handling different tools.

As a member of small team I was responsible for taking clients through their workouts and give them training, health and nutritional advice. I provided clients with a productive, challenging and exhilarating workout experience as well as taking care of sales, basic finances and equipment maintenance. As a welcome side effect I became passionate about health and fitness, packed a huge amount of positive attitude and bags of motivational skills. I have faced a diverse collection of clientele which helped me to broaden my communication skills and learn how to recognize their different requirements, needs and desires.
